Bill Schuffenhauer, Oly, CPC, is a three-time Olympian and Olympic silver medalist with Team USA whose inspiring journey transformed his life from overcoming homelessness, substance abuse, and foster care to achieving Olympic success.
As a certified leadership speaker and coach, Bill partners with organizations worldwide to help them identify and conquer their greatest challenges—unlocking new heights of personal and professional success. In addition to his speaking and coaching roles, Bill is the managing partner and executive at several technology companies, including MetricsEngine.com, OvationVOS.com, and CertaintySystems.com.

Recognizing his remarkable story, the International Olympic Committee produced the documentary Against All Odds!, chronicling his path from hardship to Olympic achievement.
Recently, Bill earned a certificate in Executive Management from Dartmouth’s prestigious Tuck School of Business and co-authored the book series The 13 Steps to Riches, a collaborative effort with some of today’s most influential authors and speakers. Since 2022, he has also worked closely with Jack Canfield, providing coaching support at Canfield’s global event, Breakthrough to Success.
