Leadership Activities for Teens
Teens ages 13–18 are invited to join Stand4Kind each month for exciting and meaningful activities designed to build confidence, connection, and life skills. Every event blends fun with purpose—covering important topics like coping skills, communication, mental health, friendships, boundaries, and leadership. Whether it’s through creative workshops, interactive games, or group discussions, teens walk away with practical tools they can use to thrive at school, at home, and in their communities.
These activities are also a chance to meet new friends and be part of a positive, encouraging space where every voice matters. Come join us, have fun, and leave inspired to be a stronger, kinder leader.
TAKE A LOOK AT THE FREE ACTIVITIES WE HAVE COMING UP:
January 24 - Indoor Volleyball
Teens are invited to beat the winter blues with an afternoon of indoor volleyball, teamwork, and service! This fun-filled event is all about connecting with other teen leaders while making a real impact in our community.
ALL skill-levels are welcome to come and participate!!
Participants will also help assemble LYFT Kits—which stands for Lift Your Fellow Teen. These kits are delivered to local schools to support kindness campaigns and empower students to recognize when their peers may be struggling and help connect them with support. It’s leadership in action, driven by compassion and community.
February 21 - Service Activity
Stand4Kind Ambassadors are invited to take part in a powerful afternoon of service, connection, and compassion at the Lantern House in Ogden. This experience gives teens the opportunity to work together while making a real difference for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in our community.
Volunteers will help support the Lantern House team by assisting with meal service and offering kindness, respect, and encouragement to those they serve. This activity is a meaningful way to practice leadership through service and to see firsthand how small acts of kindness can have a big impact.
