Founder & CEO of Wasatch First Consulting and Utah Board Advisor for Terrace Metrics

Elijah James Taylor is the Founder & CEO of Wasatch First Consulting and Utah Board Advisor for Terrace Metrics, a behavioral health platform serving millions of students nationwide. He began his career supporting Senator Orrin Hatch and later helped build the government relations firms of former Congressman Rob Bishop and Congressman Scott Tipton after they left office. Today, he partners with The Bennett Group, founded by Senator Bob Bennett, to connect policy, education, and private enterprise. Alongside this work, Elijah has led operations and marketing for addiction recovery and behavioral health clinics, giving him a unique perspective on both policy-level strategy and on-the-ground care delivery.

Elijah also brings direct experience in student leadership and education. He served as Director of Student Involvement and Leadership at Ensign College, a role equivalent to student body president, and he continues to advise schools like Neumont College on growth and engagement strategies. With this blend of government relations expertise, behavioral health leadership, and student-focused experience, Elijah is committed to advancing resilience and well-being for young people. His background uniquely positions him to help Stand4Kind expand its reach, strengthen credibility, and maximize impact in Utah schools and beyond.
