Meet Jessica

Jessica Harris
Director of Strategic Partnerships

Jessica Harris is a passionate leader, connector, and advocate for mental health and community well-being. After spending 20 years as a devoted stay-at-home mom raising her four children, she took a bold leap into entrepreneurship, purchasing and running a kickboxing gym for nearly five years. That experience not only fueled her love of fitness and resilience but also taught her the power of discipline, community, and courage.

Her path into the mental health space began when her own children faced struggles, sparking a deep commitment to educate herself and break the stigma around mental health. That commitment ultimately led her to her dream role as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Stand4Kind, a national nonprofit dedicated to promoting kindness, safety, and emotional well-being in schools, businesses, and communities.

At Stand4Kind, Jessica builds partnerships, designs impactful events, and helps create innovative programs—from corporate wellness initiatives and community concerts to school safety conferences and youth leadership development. Her work blends strategic business development with heart-driven advocacy, ensuring organizations and individuals alike have access to tools that foster resilience, connection, and hope.

Beyond her career, Jessica is a fitness enthusiast, live music lover, and proud mom and grandmother. She believes in living life with intention, creating space for laughter, and inspiring others to show up authentically. Whether in a boardroom, at a concert, or around a kitchen table, Jessica’s energy, warmth, and vision make her a powerful force for positive change.
