Pam Hayes founded Stand4Kind with the belief that every student deserves to feel a sense of belonging and connection. Through a focus on leadership, empathy, self-esteem, emotional wellness, and kindness, she has helped schools create supportive environments that reduce bullying and suicide.
Pam’s mission is to transform school culture and climate nationwide while breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. With experience in curriculum development, K–12 counseling, and staff and teacher training, she is passionate about finding the right people and tools to help schools grow and create lasting, positive change.
