Meet Steve

Steve Godin
Program Development, Evaluation & Grant Writing

Dr. Steve Godin works part-time for Stand4Kind in program development, evaluation, and grant writing. He is a retired academic, having held faculty and leadership roles at Rutgers University (7 years), East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania (25 years), and the University of Utah School of Medicine (7 years). He holds four graduate degrees: an MS in Community Psychology and PhD in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology; an MPH in Health Behavior/Health Education from Rutgers University; and a Post Graduate Certificate in Public Health Informatics from the University of Illinois, Chicago Circle.

Steve is married to Deirdre and has two children—Lindsay (photography faculty at UT Chattanooga) and Ryan (U.S. Navy officer).  He enjoys songwriting, golf, and coordinating music concerts to raise money for non-profits.
