With up to 1 in 5 students showing signs of mental health struggles each year—and most going without helpschools are on the front lines of a silent epidemic. We partner with educators, families, students, and communities to break the stigma and provide tools that build emotional resilience, foster kindness, and create real change.

Together, we’re working to make kindness the standard in schools and beyond.

EDUCATORS

We empower teachers, counselors, and school staff with research-based training and resources to recognize student needs, strengthen classroom culture, and create safe, supportive learning environments.

PARENTS

We support parents navigating the unique challenges of raising teens in a fast-paced, digital world—with expert-backed tools, articles, and guidance on topics like screen time, mental health, and emotional connection.

STUDENTS

From leadership training to self-care tools, we give students the confidence and support they need to lead with kindness, speak up, and build positive change in their schools and lives.

COMMUNITIES

We collaborate with community leaders and partners to promote mental health awareness, safety, and kindness through school programs, public events, and shared initiatives that make lasting impact.
