By signing the Pinky Promise, you commit to:

  2. To do one act of kindness per day for myself or others: Encourages the cultivation of a giving and  a compassionate mindset. Performing daily acts of kindness can have a positive impact on both your well-being and the well-being of those around you.
  3. To set and maintain healthy boundaries: Recognizing and respecting your own limits is crucial for maintaining a balanced and healthy life. This promise encourages you to establish clear boundaries and uphold them to protect your physical and emotional well-being.
